Chery Martin has been in the common-interest community management for  over 40 years both in California and Las Vegas.   She spent her last 19  years with one local management company and handled single family homes,  condos, worked exclusively with William Lyon Homes and other developers  throughout the Las Vegas Valley.    She has managed from 6 communities  with over 56 communities at one time.   She is know to take the  communities with issues and turn them around.   She also has a high  retention rate when it comes to managing HOA's.

She left the previous company because the workload was simply too much. With just a handful of HOAs to manage, she is able to dedicate more time for excellent customer service.

Her experience with yearly budgets enables her to eliminate the need for increases in  assessments. She also has a reputation for keeping reserve funds fully  funded.

Barb Toft  is a licensed Provisional CAM and experienced board member she knows how your board of directors feel and what they are looking for in a management company. She is a great communicator and has excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and great at multitasking. She is good at following through on projects whether big or small.  She is dedicated to making sure your homeowners are compliant and has the skills to get repairs done on time and under budget.  She is a great liaison between the Board of Directors, vendors, Insurance agents and Homeowners. She brings harmony to meetings and projects.

Jim Eagan is a licensed Provisional CAM and has the technical experience to bring the latest technologies to your HOA. Online payments, automated architectural reviews and online reporting are just a few things to make your customer’s life easier. Your homeowners will love having access to information with their mobile device or computer! He is currently the broker of Limestone Investments LLC and his team of property managers have a portfolio of about 300 doors.

Jim has a degree in Aerospace Engineering and was a 1st lieutenant in the US Air Force . While in California, he and his wife owned a photography business and a window & door business. He had a general contractor’s license and their combined businesses employed over 35 employees.
